Company History
Precision Interconnect was founded in 1972. It's misssion then as now
was to provide telephone systems to businesses in the New York Metro area
including New Jersey and Long Island. Over the last 36 years, Precision
has installed over 25,000 phone systems and is actively supporting key,
hybrid & pbx systems installed as long ago as 1977.
Precision Interconnect has been located in its own building in mid-town
Manhattan since 1978. The Precision Building at 161 East 32nd street
provides access to all of Manhattan. Its proxiity to the Mid-town and
Lincoln Tunnels puts Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island and New Jersey
in easy reach.
Manufacturers
Precision has been an authorized telcommunications dealer for Nortel since
1972 and for Toshiba since 1977. Both manufacturers have been consistently
among the top suppliers of business phone systems for over 30 years and have
an unsurpassed record of supporting their products. In addition the business
communications divisions of Nortel and Toshiba have estblished a reputation
for reliability, upgradability and innovation over 4 decades. Recently, we
have become an Select Dealer for Cisco VoIP unified communications systems,
which combine voice, data, and video in one package. With this addition, we
are able, as an authorized dealer to offer office phone systemes from the
top 3 US suppliers of IP telecom systems. This allows Precison to present
3 very different solutions to meet each organization's desired blend of
price, features and technology.
Personnel
Precision's management, sales and field technicians have a level of experience
and knowledge of phone systems. voice-data services and client needs
